About the job


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and account management. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, attending industry events, and closing deals.


  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in Digital Marketing field
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in account management and client relationship building
  • Excellent proposal preparation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
