A builder who has delivered 20+ projects over two decades has a credibility advantage over newer developers, but only if the website itself feels modern and premium. The website needed to present completed projects with visual detail, support the new Velachery launch with booking functionality, offer a Joint Venture page for landowners (a key business development channel for builders), and communicate quality through design rather than just words.
What We Did
Modern Design Language
The Thulasi Homes website uses a contemporary design approach with clean layouts, strong visual hierarchy, and a professional colour palette. The homepage leads with a confident positioning statement: "Building Trust in Chennai Building Homes." The "Get to know us" section establishes the firm's credentials with highlight stats: 20+ successful projects, prime locations across Tamil Nadu, 500+ happy families, smart layouts with modern amenities.
Room Details Section
A distinctive design element is the "Every Detail Designed for Better Living" section that breaks down room types (Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, Terrace, Parking) with custom icons, giving visitors a sense of the thought that goes into apartment design before they even reach individual project pages.
Completed Projects Portfolio
The portfolio section showcases completed projects with project-specific visuals: Manoj Kutir (Velachery), Manoj Pearl (Virugambakkam), Manoj Citadel (Rajakilpakkam), Manoj Castle, Manoj Crest, Manoj Crown, Manoj Crystal (Iyyappanthangal), Manoj Pinnacle (Rajakilpakkam), and Blossoms (Ramapuram).
