The website needed to establish Subiksham Properties as a credible, transparent, and knowledgeable firm across multiple dimensions: plot projects, resale properties, houses, flats, commercials, and warehouses. Additionally, the firm positions itself not just as a developer but as an advisory partner with expertise spanning real estate, legal aspects, revenue, registration, income tax, and bank loans. The website had to communicate this breadth of expertise without overwhelming visitors who may be first-time plot buyers.

The homepage leads with the firm's core value proposition: "Own a piece of land in earth, as the best investment on Earth is Earth." It moves through a welcome section establishing RERA registration and decade-long reputation, an About section highlighting multi-domain expertise, a statistics dashboard (total projects, completed projects, ongoing projects, villa plots, resale properties, years of experience), and ongoing project showcases with location-specific imagery.
Knowledge Source Section
A distinctive feature of the Subiksham Properties website is the "Knowledge Source" section in the navigation, which includes: "Know About Real Estate" (educational content for buyers), "Info Board" (regulatory and market information), "Quick Link" (useful external resources), and "Gallery" (project imagery). This positions the firm as an educator and advisor, not just a seller, building trust with first-time buyers who need guidance through the plot purchase process.
