About the job

Wonkrew is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. If you have a minimum of 1 year but less than 3 years of experience in social media management and a passion for creating engaging content, we invite you to be a part of our exciting journey!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
  • Schedule post on various platform and identifying the right hashtags for posts.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement social media campaigns that support overall business goals.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts and provide insights for optimization.
  • Generate monthly reports summarising social media content performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Ability to work from Chennai or relocate to Chennai if not currently based in the area.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with the audience and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and content creation.
