Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Manage and oversee social media content, including planning and scheduling posts to ensure consistent engagement and presence across various platforms.
Measure the success of every social media campaign and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite to streamline scheduling and posting processes.
Attend educational conferences to improve knowledge and skills related to social media management.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Excellent knowledge of multiple social media platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Proficient with social media marketing tools like Buffer and Hootsuite.
Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
