Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement performance marketing strategies to meet the company’s growth objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Optimisation: Continuously optimise campaigns to improve key performance metrics, such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to max. ROI.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Lead Management: Develop and implement strategies for effective lead generation, and nurturing to ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
  • Email Marketing: Design, implement, and optimise email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers, including segmentation, automation, and personalisation.
  • Funnel Management: Manage and optimise the marketing funnel from top to bottom to ensure smooth progression of leads through the funnel stages, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display networks.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with advertising tools and platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous advertising campaigns and demonstrating creativity, strategy, and results.
